Who we are

An ex-brand design agency MD, ex-adland ECD and ex-adland CEO. Three partners with different backgrounds but a common desire; to leave behind all the things that get in the way of doing great work and be fully ourselves in our day jobs.

 

  • Ben has been in the business of brand building for 18 years. As an ex Managing Director of a New York based brand consultancy, he has helped companies such as Mondelez, Mars, Shell, ABInbev, Adidas, ViacomCBS, Unilever and Coca-Cola to re-define, re-invigorate or create new brands. Linkedin

  • Matt became a partner in BigSmall after a decade as CEO of top-ten creative agency WCRS. Matt left big agency life to create a new, future-facing agency model with BigSmall. A model that brings together brand strategy and creative and which allows clients to work directly with the world’s most talented people in their fields. Linkedin

  • Ex Droga5, Wieden & Kennedy, R/GA. BBH & Facebook. Tom has taken on the role of Creative Director for numerous blue chip companies. He was a core member of the six person team that rebranded Vodafone globally. He founded BigSmall to bring this ‘small & senior’ way of working to new clients. Linkedin
